Hubert W Gill, MAcc, FLMI, CPA is the principal owner of Hubert W Gill, CPA. The business was first introduced to the Jacksonville community in 1994. Hubert is a faculty member at the University of North Florida in the department of accounting and finance since 1992. 

Currently, he is a Senior Instructor of Accounting teaching primarily financial, tax and managerial accounting areas. His accounting and tax practice is a conscious extension of his teaching and through it he can offer his students a real world feel of accounting as well as internship opportunities.

Hubert is inaugural faculty advisor of UNF student chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA). Hubert has remained very active in the community as well as in the accounting profession. He is the past national president of the Edward Waters Alumni association, Finance Committee of the Northeast Florida United Way, past Board of Directors of the FICPA. and the 2018 President of Florida Association of Accounting Educators.

Hubert and his beautiful wife Pearl are the proud parents of twin girls Ava and Aretha. They both enjoy doing a variety of fun activities together.
